Introduction: Conditions Treatable with LDI

All right, I’m Dr. Ty Vincent, here to talk more about low dose immunotherapy (LDI). In this video, we’ll cover the wide range of conditions we can treat using LDI. There are quite a lot! Let’s begin with allergies, which is a category most people can easily conceptualize.

Allergies and Environmental Sensitivities

When we think of allergies, it could be something like, “If I eat chicken, my mouth itches, and I get a stomach ache,” or, “If I eat a peanut, I get hives.” A true allergy causes a consistent reaction every time you’re exposed to the allergen.

In addition to food allergies, there are environmental allergies like dust, pollen, grass, animals, mites, and mold. We include all of these in our environmental mixture. For food allergies, we have a couple of hundred different foods covered, and due to cross-reactivity, it tends to address virtually anything humans eat with few exceptions.

We also treat chemical sensitivities using a specialized mixture. Though this doesn’t cover pharmaceuticals, we can desensitize people to specific drugs individually by diluting a sample of the drug. Other common allergens include essential oils, artificial colours, and gluten. People with celiac disease, for example, can be treated extremely effectively. Unlike older therapies like LDA and EPD, which had no success with celiac, I discovered that by using gluten as an isolated antigen, we can completely resolve celiac disease.

Autoimmune Disorders and LDI

Autoimmunity is another area where LDI can be incredibly effective. As long as we can identify the triggering antigen for someone’s autoimmune disorder, we have a way to treat it. Over the past 15 years, I’ve identified numerous antigens that address specific autoimmune conditions.

For example, psoriasis can often be treated with a mixture of skin fungi, while for others, the trigger may be a food allergy or a reaction to strep. Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, and other inflammatory bowel conditions can often be traced to specific gut organisms, which we can treat with specialized mixtures. Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and other inflammatory arthritis conditions also have targeted LDI treatments. Even osteoarthritis, traditionally thought to be age-related wear and tear, can be treated for the majority of people using a mixture made of collagen molecules.

Chronic Inflammatory Conditions

In addition to autoimmune diseases, LDI works well for chronic inflammatory conditions. One example is chronic Lyme disease, which responds extremely well to LDI using a mixture of the bacteria responsible for the condition—Borrelia, Bartonella, Babesia, and others. People suffering from these chronic inflammatory conditions can often experience relief as quickly as flipping a switch when the correct dose is found.

Other conditions previously thought to be chronic infections, such as acne, cold sores, genital herpes, hidradenitis suppurativa, and recurring staph infections, also respond well to LDI. This suggests that these are not true infections but rather immune system reactions to organisms, which is a little different from how we previously understood them.

Conclusion: A Broad Range of Treatment Possibilities

After 15 years of working with LDI, I’ve become skilled at identifying which conditions can be treated and figuring out new antigens along the way. Just about anything with an immunological component seems to be treatable with LDI.

If you’re unsure whether your condition is treatable with LDI, feel free to reach out. Just email us and ask, “Hey, I have this condition—do you think it’s treatable with LDI?” We’ll let you know if we’ve had success with it or if we’ve never treated it before. If it’s something we think is worth trying, we’ll let you know!
